Cheaper & Faster AI Models

With each new release, new AI models deliver faster performance with significantly lower costs.

Although not included in the chart, Grok 3 and Claude 3.7 Sonnet are the latest additions to back this trend. They are scary smart, for lack of a better term.

This trend has startling implications for everyone, whether you’re starting an AI company or trying to adopt AI in your job.

For founders, a valid concern might be how to build a profitable business and charge higher prices in an environment where AI models continue to commoditise.

The answer? Create novel user experiences that are beautifully designed around these models and charge a premium for them.

That way, you can own the customer, despite Sam Altman owning the compute.
